Shipping delays

Due to high order volume during the "Black Friday - Christmas" period or other holidays, some orders may experience delays in processing. Processing times may extend from 1-5 business days to 5-7 business days.

Order Processing & Tracking Information

It may take up to 6 days after purchase for our system to send you the tracking number of your package. You will receive emails with the tracking number and a link to our tracking page, so you can easily follow the progress of your shipment.

Once payment is completed, your order will be sent to our warehouse for processing. Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days before being handed over to the carrier for shipment.

Delivery times

  • USA: Delivery times in Italy are generally 8-15 working days from the date of shipment. Times may vary depending on the region. Deliveries do not take place on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for further assistance.

Delays

Valerio is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters) or by the courier service itself (e.g. customs checks). Transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

Undelivered packages

If the customer is not present at the delivery address or the package cannot be collected by a designated person, the package will be returned. Additional charges may apply for reshipment or re-delivery.

Incorrect delivery address

Valerio is not responsible for undelivered or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct during the checkout process. If the address is incorrect, we may not be able to return the package or offer a refund.

Customs duties and import charges

For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer; we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Right of withdrawal

According to Italian law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the product within 14 days of receipt. To exercise this right, contact our customer service by email at info@creatines.com to start the return procedure. Products must be returned in new and unused condition. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product.

Please note that some items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, including:

  • Customized items or products made to customer request.
  • Sealed items that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened (e.g. cosmetics or underwear).

We understand that you may be wondering about the origin of our products, but rest assured that we follow strict international standards. Each product is carefully inspected and tested before shipping, and we only work with reliable manufacturers who are committed to excellent quality. Our goal is to provide you with the best products that you can't find in stores, at the best price. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priority. 

Delivery Confirmation

Each delivery is considered completed when the courier marks the order as "delivered" or "completed". If you believe there is a problem with the delivery, contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment to report it.

Secure delivery address

We advise customers to provide a secure delivery address (e.g. home or office). Valerio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the address provided is not secure.

Contact the seller for a dispute/chargeback request

If the consumer intends to file a dispute or chargeback with the bank or payment service provider, it is mandatory to contact the seller first. The consumer must inform the seller in writing of the problem and give him the opportunity to resolve it. This can be done by email or through the contact form on our website. If the seller does not respond within a reasonable time or if the problem is not resolved to the satisfaction of the consumer, the latter may consider filing a dispute or chargeback. By contacting the seller first, the consumer has the opportunity to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently without the intervention of third parties.
